HOW IT WORKS

First, we’ll start with a quick and easy 20-minute consultation call. We’ll chat about your current approach to health and nutrition, and I’ll have you track your food intake for a few days, either via MyFitnessPal or a journal.

Once we have the data in our hands, we’ll create a customized fitness and nutrition plan for you. This will involve a consistent eating routine, (almost always) increasing your protein intake to achieve the body composition changes you’re looking for, and teaching you the fundamentals of what’s important.

After that, we’ll work together to build the habits, accountability, and mindset to make the changes stick!

It’s not about “weight loss”. It’s about gaining habits that support a healthy body weight.

WHAT WE’LL DO

You’re not going to get a cookie-cutter template and a motivational quote every week. Real change means that I’ll need to hold you accountable to your goals - with warmth, support, and the knowledge you need to succeed.

In a few months of working closely together, you’ll have a working understanding of how much and what you should be eating.

You’ll have confidence in your food choices - in the home, or going out.

You’ll feel more energy throughout the day, and your body will be changing: less fat, more muscle (we call this “re-comping”).

Remember… results are absolutely attainable, if you’re willing to stick to the plan we create!

WHAT WE WON’T DO

  1. We’re not going to starve you. A lot of women are under-eating to begin with.

  2. We’re not going to shame you or restrict you from foods that you love.

  3. We’re not going to make it all about your weight. The number on the scale is only one data point.

I want you to have date night with your partner, or cake at the birthday party, and not worry about it.
