It starts with a consultation. We want to get to know you and your history (if any!) with sports and athletics, and have a discussion about your goals. If it’s a good fit, the next step is to commit to three 1:1 sessions for onboarding, in which we will assess your movement patterns and teach you the main compound lifts. It’s our goal to get you to the barbell as soon as possible, while respecting the process and meeting your body where it’s at. Once you have completed onboarding, you will transition to semi private training, in which you will join up to five others for in person training three times a week. We will use the information gathered during our 1:1 sessions to create a program that matches your capablities and ensures you have a strong foundation from which to build.
