  5. WITH THE RIGHT STRATEGY, TAKING CARE OF YOUR HEALTH CAN BE AS EASY AS BRUSHING YOUR TEETH.

YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE AN ATHLETIC BACKGROUND (I NEVER DID!).
